A minimum processing charge of $25.00 plus applicable taxes will be imposed for any check returned due to insufficient funds. Reactivation of accounts will occur only after all dues are cleared.

Termination Procedure

Contact our support team to terminate your Services anytime. The cancellation request will be processed following account or domain ownership verification at CoolBiz Web Design’s discretion. All fees and charges accrued before the effectiveness of such cancellation must be paid unless covered by our 14-day refund policy, which is found in our Returns and Refunds Policy. All Subscriber Content may be permanently removed from our servers following account cancellation.

Termination by CoolBiz Web Design: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services without notice for reasons including, but not limited to, failure to pay fees due, violation of this agreement, conduct that may harm CoolBiz Web Design or others, abusive behavior towards staff, or any other lawful reason. Following such termination, no refunds for any prepaid fees will be issued, and all accrued fees and charges up to the point of termination remain due.
