Cancellation Rights
The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the products or from when a third party (not the courier) takes possession of the products delivered.
Notification of Cancellation
To exercise your right of cancellation, inform us of your decision with a clear statement by emailing billing at billing@coolbiz.info.
Reimbursement
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned products, using the same means of payment as you used for the order, without incurring any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
Products must have been purchased within the last 14 days and be in the original packaging.
Some products do not qualify for returns, including sale or clearance items, except under special circumstances at the sole discretion of CoolBiz Web Design.
Non-Returnable Products
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Products that, by nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or have an expiration date that has passed.
- Products are not eligible for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery.
- Products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Products
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to us at CoolBiz Web Design, 1534 Purple Way, Redding, CA 96003. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot issue refunds without receiving the products or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return upon receipt of the returned product. Otherwise, refunds will be sent to the gift giver.

Domain Registration Changes and Cancellations
Within the first 24 hours of signing up, if you encounter a typo in your domain name, wish for a different domain, or decide to cancel, please contact us immediately. We can assist with changes or cancellations of new domain registrations during this initial 24-hour period. However, domain transfers that have been approved by the losing registrar are not eligible for refunds or changes.
14-Day Refund Policy for Hosting
Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your hosting account within the first 14 days of signup, we offer a full refund of hosting costs, excluding any domain registration or transfer fees.
Other Services
- Refunds for Unused Services: We do not issue refunds for services that are unused or for services that have been completed as agreed upon.
- Service-Based Costs: Costs for migrations, professional services, or similar service-based expenses are refundable within a 14-day window from signup, provided the service has not yet been executed.
- Prepaid Services: If services have not commenced, prepaid services are fully refundable, less merchant processing fees. Once services begin, any payments made become non-refundable, securing the commitment of both parties to the service or project.
- Plan Changes: Upgrading your hosting or email plans or recurring services, such as SEO or social media services, are prorated based on your billing cycle. Downgrades are not eligible for refunds on unused time.
- Annual Contracts: No refunds are available for annual contracts for managed hosting, email, domains, etc.
- Renewals: Renewals for services are non-refundable.
- Limitation on Refunds: One refund or account change per customer per calendar year is allowed.
- Contracted Services: Web design and other contracted services are governed by their respective service agreements, detailing specific terms, cancellation, and refund policies.
- Third-party services may be eligible at the sole discretion of Coolbiz Web Design. Please contact billing for further information.
- All Sales Final: All other sales are considered final unless specified above.
Cancellations
Customers have complete control over their data, with various export options available for moving data anytime. Data such as graphic design and video content creation only qualify as customer data if paid in full. For assistance migrating your data due to cancellation, contact billing at billing@coolbiz.info.
Canceling Your Account
For services eligible for a refund, send a cancellation email to billing@coolbiz.info within the initial 14-day period. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice using the same payment method as your initial purchase without any fees.
